Hello, my name is Kristian. I've been a personal trainer for 2 years. I've always had a big interest in sports and fitness for as long as I can remember. During lockdown, I started researching health and fitness and eventually began helping others achieve their goals. I left my office job to start my journey as a PT, and now I'm here to help you!
My approach to training is making training fun. Most of the time you'll feel your abs coming in from laughing more than the exercises themselves but that doesn't mean you won't work hard. There will be times where you'll want to punch me on the arm and some having actually done it. As long as you're working hard towards your goals then I don't mind what you do to me in return. I also want to make exercise enjoyable so if you really hate an exercise I'll find an alternative to make your time in the gym more bearable because the only plan that works is one you can stick to.
I'll always be harsh but fair asking you to do as much as you can do and nothing more. I won't be unrealistic in my expectations of what you can do but I won't allow you to coast by otherwise i'm not doing my job. I always want a layer of trust between us that if you don't feel like your normal self one day then we can scale the session back but if you feel strong we can work to how your feeling. I also want to know any concerns you may have about your training or program so I can get you back on track and where you need to be.
